5/24/2017 I just wasted close to 2 hours on the phone with Trac phone. I first spoke to Anola in Georgetown Guyana who charged my credit card when I specifically said not to and that I did not want to work with her.

I called back and was on the phone about 55 minutes with Sharon in Cebu, Philippines who said she was a supervisor but I doubt it. She did not know either the website or the plans and I again wasted more time with her. Trac phone hires people without training them and they waste peoples' time. Close to 2 hours on the phone is inexcusable.

I have other things to do with my time!

Trac phone has also changed their website and one now, cannot figure out the different plans they have; perhaps that is their intention. It is now not clear at all.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Alec from tracphone uses the same response for every problem.that's what they're trained to do. Frustrate you so you'll hang up. Burn your minutes waiting for help that never comes.
