TracFone - Unable to access traxfone website
In view of the above inability to access your Tracfone website I called tracfone and had a talk of about after half an hour back and forth, giving explanations, with tracfone specialist I was informed that I would be able to access the website (www.tracfone.com) after a fifteen minute wait. Unfortunately I still cannot access the website.
I keep getting the same message "tracfone took too long to respond". This refers to my telephone number is (954) 338.0641, which I use whenever I visit the USA. I will again be in Florida on January 26, 2017 for about 7 weeks, reason why I wanted to access my account and verify that every is in order before travelling. Note that I have a monthly standing order of US$ 9.99 to add minutes to my phone in order always meet the replenishment requiremenet..
i BELIEVE THAT THE FOREING ACCURATELY DESCRIBES THE PROBLEM i AM EXPERIENCING. The demand to use a minimum amount of words sounds rather absurd. Would appreciate an explanation. Please investigate and advise.
