After getting a new sims card I tried to reactivate my cell phone so I could get a new phone number after moving to California.When I tried to click on the button that had my serial number it wouldn't accept the serial number and told me I needed to purchase cell minutes.

I did not the cell minutes just a new phone number. Now I can't get any answers from customer service. And when you call you never get anyone that speaks clear English.

Once again they have an unhappy customer.I hope that this helps someone else.
