After getting a new sims card I tried to reactivate my cell phone so I could get a new phone number after moving to California. When I tried to click on the button that had my serial number it wouldn't accept the serial number and told me I needed to purchase cell minutes.
I did not the cell minutes just a new phone number. Now I can't get any answers from customer service. And when you call you never get anyone that speaks clear English.
Once again they have an unhappy customer. I hope that this helps someone else.
