Our tracfone ZTE was hacked. It took us a while to figure out why it didn't receive any calls or let us make calls.

When we reached out to Tracfone they told us a different number was using our card time. Instead of stopping this abuse they told us they would send us a new SIM card. Meanwhile our minutes would continue to tick away as the time allotted on the card. After five days we received a new card only to be told that the card does not work and we have to wait again for a surprise surprise new one, or alternatively should get a new phone (despite that we had bought this phone this summer).

What a piece of crap. Don't every buy with Tracfone!
