I waisted about 6 hours of my time and numerous calls and e-mails with no results. They always say we will get back to you within 24 hours but never do.
Their customer service is a joke, the people including their Supervisors are not authorized to do anything except make you wait. Now they have my credit card number and I have no minutes to use on my new phone.
I have looked a little deeper and found out even with their double minutes they cost more than another company. After all my problems they were trying to SELL me extras, maybe offer a freebee to make up for my headaches, but NO sell it to me.
