TracFone sucks 100%
Try to call customer service and you get a philipine person that doesn't speak very good English. Try to get hold of customer service...impossible.
*** plans, *** wireless service. Every time I call I spend 45 minutes whenever I speak to customer service.
I don't understand half of what they say and they clearly don't care about you. I changed phone numbers due to the stupid amount of fake calls I was getting, but it wouldn't let me know the number. I called on another phone and got cut off at 35 minutes.
Called again and the wait is more than 45 minutes. Their service is *** and they suck!
Going to another service! *** Tracphone!
My experience is the same. 45 minutes of taped computer clacking noise followed my "resolution" of one issue leading to creation of new issues..in my case now no internet connection

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, mouthy and incompetent best describes Trac phone customer support.
Tracfones suck!
I purchased a TracFone this afternoon, (LG K125DL), probably a good flip-phone. After trying to set it up and get it operational I was so disgusted with it, I wrenched it into two pieces and threw it in the garbage can.
Lesson learned. It cost me a bit over $50.00 Including a prepaid card.
I have used TracFone in the past, probably close to 30 years. No more..
TracFone 4g is way less than us cellular 1x. It sux balls. A waste of my money.

i turned my phone on already and go to website to create a account and it tells me there no such number for my phone even thou i had just got it and payed for the phone and monthly subscription. i'm done trying to get my phone to work.
i'm returning the phone and having my bank refund me for the month i paid.
your company is nothing but a worthless scam. hopefully you guys go out of business.

Ah yes, the standard canned response to yet another negative review... Why would anyone bother wasting their time with your worthless "customer service" agents.
I spent 45 minutes on the phone this morning getting the runaround as my issue got escalated to 3 different "higher ups", each of whom spoke less understandable English than the last. In the end NOTHING was fixed, although the last "supervisor" - whom I had to keep asking to repeat himself because he spoke so poorly - told me I could call back for more "help" later.
Thanks for nothing. Anyone who uses TracFone or its Total Wireless or Straight Talk divisions is either uninformed, or an idiot.
