TracFone store phone purchase
I order a phone on the tracfone store website and the phone arrived broken. The box did not look include an invoice and instructions for return.
I called customer service and talked to 4 people. First I was told they did not have my order in the system, next I was told to take the phone to Apple store followed by that they do not take returns. Person number 4 gave me a shipping address and said they would process the return when the phone arrived in the warehouse.
They would not send me an email with return instructions and no pre paid FedEx label. Never, ever buy a phone from the Tracfone website.
Reason of review: Poor quality, poor customer service and poor business model.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

They sent me a refurbished phone and it lasted a week before it died. I just threw it into the trash can where it belonged.
Never buy a refurbished phone from TRACFONE EVER AGAIN.
They all make terrible paperweights. The Phone was a refurbished Samsung but it was a total piece of junk, and was slow as *** out of the box.It may have been refurbished by the Mexican Mafia themselves.
