Have had tracfone sim for over two years. originally worked fine with older Moto phone. now with either Asus or Xiaomi voice does not work. i can hear when I call but they cannot hear me. tried earphone. No change. It does seem to work ok using Whats App or Messenger....

Well Nothing happens as simple as that. I bought Brand New SIM and Brand New Plan for activation. It asks you to register on the website and enter the sim details and Plan Pin I did but after half a day later it says SIM active on the website but Not on actual phone...

I "feel"/get you, waiting on a new sim card for a new LG phone that I'm having issues with: not able to call, text or anything, when try to call get a "Verizon" message (though on TracFone) and asking to pay with a credit/debit card; spent about 2 hours at my job trying to get it sorted. Didn't have these issues with my old flip phone from them, but non supported for new 4G network.

Bought a new phone because the other was saying that my phone card is pending and will activate in 5 mins and has been saying that for 2 weeks straight and with the new phone i was told that my sim card activation number can not be activated and they will need to send me another sim card! Why? When this is a brand new phone and the activation numbers that came with the phone? Then whenever i talked to the tech she said that she didn't see a card pending! That i could take the phone back from where i got it from if the new card that she will send me in three days doesn't work. Why do i need a new sim card with a brand new phone that i literally just opened? Why do i need to wait 3 days for a new sim card? Why isn't my phone card working and saying that it's pending when i check my status? I was so frustrated i just hung up. She seemed very unconcerned anyway like she could care less. Probably just didn't feel like activating it. Who knows?#annoyed

TracFone - Cancelled service

I have owned my tracfone for 10 + years. April 2016 I got a message on my phone that I had an unregistered sim card. I called and they told me that I would get a new sim card. In a few days I did get the card, called again to have the service operable again. Did not work, I received another sim card the next day. It did not work either, after hours on the phone, I discovered they had given my number to someone else and would not be able to provide me service with that number. I still do not have any service. When this happened I had 860 minutes (that I had paid for) about 30 days service left. I cannot get service and I cannot get my money back. What can I/you do about this? Thanks Robert Carroll. tracfone number (423) 647-****..I have done everything that I know to do except "sue" and I would like to do this now except I don't have a persons name and address.

TracFone - No minutes

My phone was stolen,tried to transfer minutes & number. After having to get new sim card(3days) 2 days to get transfer got my number(I think) still no minute , just got a 1year card plus minutes on stolen phone . They have all the info on a computer for all the years(over 10years) I have been with them.but can not get all my paid min. transfer. Must be a way to make more money I don't want to go to another service but I my have to, I need a cell phone for work. So far trac fone has been a good service, One other time I had a hard transferring my min. lost some of them,so they made some money off me. Do the people working here get a cut of it.

still trying to get my minutes from stolen phone, no one at trac fone will help. they stopped the phone,sent a new sim card said will take 2 days been over 1 week.

Tracfone keeps deactivating...^&*&^%$#$%%^^&

I have had my tracfone deactivated 4 times in the past 2 1/2 weeks. 1st Cust. Svc. call said our cellphone towers were not reading my #, but miraculously they turned my phone on. 2nd Cust. Svc call said it was the difference between an lg3 and an lg 4 phone, but without an explanation, they turned on my phone again. The 3rd Cust Svc call said I needed a new SIM card. I just bought the phone 3 months ago, so I refused to have them send me a new SIM card, and the rep stated she would hang up if I didn't want a new SIM card, but wait! She restored my phone service with a snide comment stating, maybe you weren't nice to customer service and they shut off your service! 4th Cust Svc call was to a supervisor, I vented about their relationship with customers and knowledge of technology. Small apology from her. 5th Cust Svc call, 40 minutes of "checking" and finally restored my service. Can't wait for the next deactivation and their not knowing why. I've had a tracfone for over 10 years and this has never happened. More than a little frustrated.

TracFone - Incompetent/ill prepared technicians in Phulippines twice

Could not get signals - told by customer line that phone old model and new one needed. Did so - called technical service to transfer minutes - spent 2+ hours on phone with Filipino technician - told to take Sim card out of new phone - no card in phone. Bought another phone at Walmart -clerk told me new models did not have sim cards - a fact Filipino technical staff did not know. Got card from Tracphone saying I was entitled to free phone - having just purchased 2 . Second day of wasted time with another Technician - no good, wrote To Trac asking for $$ to cover cost of unnecessary phone. Wrote 2 detailed letters with receipt - got call from Filipino lady saying no dice. Trac could at least have sent a air time card. Not good to do business with.

Amen---Filipino csr are useless....have been receiving "courtesy calls" from them after complaints...calls are faint, heavily accented, and I have demanded to speak to a US based TF representative on a clear phone line...their iscsr are an embarrassment for a telephone company!!

But it didn't work.

Then they sent me another sim card that was too large.

I bought a new tracfone from QVC I tranfered my old Tracfone phone number to the new phone well the new phone is defective i called tracfone and told them i want my phone number to go back to my old phone at first they said they cannot then i called the tec line they said toget my phone number back i would need a new sim card . they overnighted a new sim card BUT it had a new phone number ! I again call the tec hot line after 35 mins. on the phone they said they would send me another sim card that will have my number im still waiting i will update in a few days.
