A tracfone rep ruined my daughter's phone by sending a signal to it.Refused to replace it.

Sent another signal and cancelled out her address book. When i finally got hold of someone with "Some Sense" he promised her a new phone and 100 minutes. Instead he sent her a new sim card but only gave her 20 minutes.. I spoke to the manager.

He could care less about the phone or free minutes she was promised.

I even had the dates that she called with the person's name who I had originally spoke to.They did absolutely nothing!!!

I bought my phone , and 400 minutes about a year ago.I used the phone twice calling my own office phone just to make sure it was working,approximately 15 seconds each.Now I am been told that I only have ten days to use my phone.

What is goin on, and where did my 400 minutes go?Phone # is 424-213-0407
