Just called TracFone half of day on the phone with them, can't send out messages, it says unfortunately messages has stopped working, and Exchange Sevices has stopped. Tracfone has done SOMETHING to totally POOCH and ICKYUP its website so that regular Joe Schmoes like me CAN'T buy airtime on pay as you go anymore. It WON'T let you put in a tracfone telephone # anymore, it demands the serial number of the phone you want to put airtime on and keeps saying you've entered the WRONG serial number and to try again. I bought basic Tracfone for use in emergencies on freeway. You must renew airtime before the 90 days, and I did so, online, they charged my CC instantly of course. This start on July 19-21 last month when I wasn't getting no signal for no reason then on Aug.1st I email them saying that I'm not getting a signal and waiting for a reply that took about 2-3 days later. Tracfone - Service is barley working now.
Been with tracfone for years. Now since July when they reported a 1.8 billion loss, service across the US is bad. On Facebook, they give you a standard reply - contact us. Purchased LG flipphone from Walmart over 2 yrs ago w/double minutes.Purchased auto 90 day updated w/60 minutes for $20.
