TracFone idiots
I tried to move my number from a broken tracfone to another tracfone that was working. After a couple of hours with tech support, they decided to send me a new SIM card.
I followed instructions when it arrived, didn't work. Called tech support. Several calls, several hours on the phone, it finally works but I'm told I'm out of minutes. I had 400+ minutes going into the problem, and they're all gone.
2 hours, 3 calls and 3 supervisors later I quit. Final straw.
"You must have used all those minutes while you were waiting for the new SIM card and we can't do anything to make it right because it's your phone. Unfortunately, I'm guessing all the other pay as you go companies are exactly the same as the first message you get when calling is which company are you calling about.
Reason of review: They clearly have problems with the English language.
Monetary Loss: $650.
Preferred solution: bankruptcy might fix them.

Alex did u help this person out? I too am having the same problem and have spent 3 days and a total of 8 hrs trying to get my phone switched over!
Been hung up on and they finally are sending a new SIM card and I have to pay the shipping and handling for their error!
