TracFone disconnecting my existing longtime phone number.
After loosing my 1st Tracfone it was all down hill from there. I was issued a replacement reconditioned one whose microphone *** out relatively shortly.
Tracfone sent me another replacement and all that had to be done was to KEEP my existing phone number. After unsuccessfully having a representative transfer that number 3 days in a row and 6hrs on the phone Roger was reprogramming a new SIM card that would arrive in 2 days. Well 6 days later when it finally arrived and I called to activate it I was notified that my number was deactivated by the computer and will never be able to retrieve it due to inactivity on my phone. NOT ACCEPTABLE since I can still get txt messages and retrieve my voicemail.
I am extremely upset and want my original phone number back. Obviously I am still attached to that # in some capacity and want it fully restored. Someone told me once to never accept a NO from a person that is not able to say YES in the first place. I have been cut off from all of my contacts as well.
I look forward to an email from someone who can fix this @ CWIZLEY@***.COM or call me at 732.721.1990. Christine Gesell
