I was a tracfone customer for years.I finally updated my phone to the smart phone, which Tracfone has been trying for the last YEAR to get working.

They have sent me four replacemant phones, none of which worked. Each time I call in, I am on the phone for several hours, rebooting the phone, reading them the sim card number, etc.. Take out the battery, take out the sim card, put the battery and sim card back in et cetera. Over and over for over 5 accumlitive days of crap on the phone so far.

They said they would have to replace this phone last time I called, don' worry we will send you a box. Would that be in this century?

I am completely fed up with this company.Why can't they send me a phone that works?
