They keep leaving texts that I need new phone. Mine is working fine.

I have over 1000 service days before I have to add minutes. They have on more than one occasion blocked my out going calls. Once I was on the road needing to call my boss! I have paid in full for this phone paid in full for all my minutes.

I have no contract. The nerve to block anything on my phone is real ballsy! Do it one more time!

I will not update or use another trac phone EvER! After this experience after this is out of minutes or just dies I have many other options for a Cell phone this company will NOT be an option!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
