TracFone - You deleted my acct while phone being fixed

I sent my phone in for warranty work and when i received the new phone 11 days later, I call to reactivate my new phone, and guess what, they closed my account, lost all my data,minutes and text, The rep. wanted me to buy a new calling card to have my number reactivated, WoW...Needles to say, i am pissed, I asked for a supv and was hung up on but the horrible speaking English rep. from a 3rd world country, How do i get the help I need from someone in the USA.. HELP.....!!!!

TracFone - Horrible

These are a bunch of thiefts. I got a phone for my Mother in law who is 91 and even do I set the account to auto refill, they disconnected the phone every month saying that she didn't have money in the account. She did not spend a quarter of the minutes that suppose to roll over. They are digusting bunch of robbers.

TracFone - FRONT LINE REPS PROVIDE INACCURATE / MiSLEADING INFORMATION

I have safelink and attempted to do a online chat I was redirected to tracfone chat . The first rep reactivated my phone , gave me a new number and I thought everything was good. A few hours later I noticed my minutes were being deducted for text messages wich were suppose to be unlimited . I did another chat and the rep added minutes for the inconvience and stated the issue should be resolved in 24-48 hours . The next month I did not recieve my minutes I contacted support and was told that my account was cancelled then my minutes were on a phone I never even used It was the first phone I was sent over 2 years ago . I stated I was looking at my account and it was active . The rep stated that a ticket had to be put in to correct information on my account, they added my minutes. I also stated the issue with text messages was still ocurring. Again I was told 24-48 hours . The next month same issue no minutes and text messages were being deducted from minutes . The rep stated they were escalating the issue and I should here from escalations within 48 hours. My minutes were added. 3 days later I had still not been contacted from escalations . I contacted support again , This rep stated I did not have text messgaes on account and they could not add my missing minutes and I would need to contact another dept . The actual words they used "I cant help " and they ended chat . I contacted support one last time and this rep informas me my account was cancelled and they could not help I needed to contact activavtions. I asked why was it cancelled , it should not be cancelled . I recieved no answer only sorry I cant help. I called Safekinklink and the rep states I was cancelled due to not using my minutes and that was a mandatory I stated I used my phone everyday and had spoken to tracfone numerous times about missing minutes . They stated they had no record of me using minutes or having phone activated I stated tracfone reactivated and gave new number . Safelink stated I needed to apply if I wanted service . I was calling them from the phone as well . Long story short Tracfone did not update / input /follow up etc on my account . Because of there misinformation / inaccuracies my account was cancelled I have to reapply for service wich takes a couple weeks to approve . I have no phone, I am an on call employee and have no way to recieve calls from my job . All of this could have been avoided if they would have just inputed what they were suppose to . Im so tired of being told inaccurate information . There should be some law against this I have all the chat logs saved . Russell : Are you chatting about the phone number that ends with 6617? You : i am a safelink customer , my phone was reactivated in sept with a new number . You : safelink id number Russell : Please allow me a minute as I check the account. You : I was given a new safelink ID and the last rep stated that they switched all the account info to the new account ID Russell : Okay. You : I was also told the issue was wscalated and someone would contact me within 48 hours , that was 3 weeks ago Russell : Okay. Russell : Sorry for the inconvenience. Russell : Do you have the phone with you? You : yes Russell : Okay. Is it on? You : yes i have tried doing the add airtime 555 thing and it said no pending muinutes Russell : Okay. As I checked here, you don't texts on your account. You : yes i have unlimited texts and I believe 300 minutes through safelink Russell : As I checked here, this issue was escalated to the higher department. You need to contact them. The number is 1-800-867-7183. You : this is ridiculous , I had texts on my account last month all the safelink plans have them You : what about my monthly minutes I have not recieved them Russell : Yes. The only person that can resolve this is the higher department. I am sorry. You : the last rep had to put them on Russell : As I checked here, they are already closed. They are only until 10 PM EST. You : I was told the escalations dept would contact me via phone in 48 hours its been 3 weeks and no one has called me , now im being told texts are not on my account , im looking at the safelink account and it shows uinlimited minutes Russell : You need to contact us back tomorrow. They are available from Monday to Sunday. From 8 AM to 10 PM EST. Russell : I am sorry about that. You : everytime I am told something different , this is beyond frustrating, Russell : I am sorry. It needs to be fixed by the higher department. I can't do anything about it.
