OMG. Been with tracfone for years. Now since July when they reported a 1.8 billion loss, service across the US is bad. On Facebook, they give you a standard reply - contact us. Well I did, 3 times, and still waiting for an answer.
About 4 weeks ago my phone which usually has 3 bars, started loosing signals, dropping calls, went on searching for service for hours. Also it missed calls. People would tell me they called 4 times, and got my answering machine. I never heard it ring, nor did it inform me of any voice mails.
Checked out a website called down detector dot com and it shows that half the US has bad tracfone service. What is up with this? They refuse to address the issue. Customer service is a joke, IF you get someone who can actually speak american, you are lucky.
Think its time to start looking for a different service.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with price and service previously and i was a good deal for my usage and stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of proper customer service and lack of replys to inquiries. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor phone service" of tracfone mobile phone service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Tracfone needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
