Bumped me off Safelink 6 years ago. After many, many attempts to correct, I've wasted $1000s for missing "free minutes & texts ", which I couldn't afford, but couldn't get by without.

Then, a year ago the problem was solved with new smartphone upgrade and reinstatement of free minutes/texts/data... but they thoroughly screwed up that, too!

I Still cannot count on having texts or voicemails sent or received on a regular basis!

NEVER, EVER DEAL WITHBEITHER SAFELINK OR TRACPHONE!!!!!!!
