Non usable lg rebel 4 l212vl

i bought a rebel 4 fone to replace our nokia fone when it got shut off. I tried several times online to get it set up for use but have had no sucess and also tried landline and with my hearing not real good that was a bad move. I am not aware what may have been put onfone at this point. the fone has security pattern on screen and i cannot do anything with it. thanks paul t. stone

Illegal billing practice

Every month i get a notice that autopay will withdraw a payment on the 21st. But autopay pulls the money on the 17th. It cost me an overdraft fee to learn this. Now as I am about to leave the company the autopay draws money 5 days before the end of my contract period. They say there is no refund for pre-payment and I must explain my request to the refund dept.

User's recommendation: Add an overdraft fee and an extra billing cycle to the cost of a trackfone.

Transfer back my telephone number to my tracfone from Spectrum

I have a ticket # for an order to transfer back my telephone number 207-436-**** to my phone. I don't know what is taking so much time since your tech informed me it would just take a few hours and it is now three days. Ref #122416****. I have confirmation from Spectrum that my account with them has been cancelled. It was my error that made me think switching companies would be better. So I decided to keep my Tracfone account and cell phone with my number. Please let me know what is taking so much time and if it would be easier to change numbers although inconvenient for me. Tracfone not working

I bought the phone in september 2020.After 2 weeks I could call out but could not receive calls.I called customer service .they gave me the run around for 3 weeks.I have been using tracfone for 22 years as a second phone, never a problem until now I was told I would get a refund . did not get that. Put me on hole for 30 min. I keep calling back and have to start all over again with dispute.Don t buy a tracfone for it is a ripoff.. I m going to call BBB. yours Truly EC ,Very unsatisfied customer.

I had to return my phone and get a new one because it kept acting up. In the process I was charged for the automatic renewal for September. When I received the new phone, I was told there was no service on it, nor any recent transactions to my phone number. I had some balance left over from before I enrolled in the plan back in July, and that was put on. But, basically I was ripped off $20.22 twice. In August for a double charge, and September for deleted service. I think I should at least get a free month of the service plan I had for all this trouble.

Promise or buy one type of service but do not get it

I faithfully buy my tracfone cards at Walmart as needed and usually get 3 times the amt. I pay for - I bought a phone with triple minutes, texts, etc. but don't receive triple anything

Can't get a proper answer

I called tech support today (2/28/20) since I had 'no network connection'.... was unable to make and receive calls. Using my wife's Verison phone I called Tracfone tech support. I was on the phone for nearly two hours and transferred four times before I was told they were working on obsolete towers in my area and the problem would be solved in a couple of hours. That was seven hours ago and still "No network connection"....I have been a Tracfone customer for over 10 years....maybe its time for a change.

TracFone has failed to update my phone

3 weeks ago I purchased a 1 year 400 minutes TracFone card at Target for $99.99, I called TracFone in order to update my time and minutes, they said my card updated on their end. I told their technician that my phone still showed 0 days remaining and no additional minutes had been added, I was told to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called the tech once again and I was told they were working on it and that I need to be patient. My cell phone still works but TracFone still hasnt updated my expiration date nor my purchased minutes. Im still being patient but Its now been over 3 weeks.

Pestering calls

They constantly call over and over repeating trying to text/sell. Not just one call a day but 6 or 7 times, normally on Saturday and Sunday. I sat in church today I got 7 repeated calls offering bonus deals.
