Tracfone - Tried to put minutes on my phone for 24 hours to no avail.

Company was contacted several times. Was told to power off phone and turn back on still no minutes. Such a headache stuck at work with no phone due to tgere error not mine! Feeling annoyed!

They sold phones with triple minutes. Now they have lost money on that and they are making it difficult for older customers to have a phone. I will never deal with them again. Plus not one person speaks English. {{REDACTED}}
