Redeem my warranty

I purchased a samsung galaxy j3 from Central City Ky. walmart in may 2020, I also purchased the 2 year warranty with it.2 weeks ago my phone started acting up not responding to swiping the screen to unlock, it would stay frozen up for hours , so i did a factory reset on it. That made it worst so now it will not respond to anything I do. it is stuck on the select a language page. I never put minutes on it so I never had a phone number but the ieme # is 353168****186688 and the serial # is RF8MC0TOP3E ,and the model # is SM-S260DL(GP) GPSAS260DCGB. The FCC ID # is A3LSMS260DL. Poor Service

Bought a TracFone 5 years ago. No problems. Decided to upgrade and bought a new Tracfone. Couldnt get it activated and it had a busy signal that would not go away. Sent it back for refund. Tried the Help chat line. They would close my session before I could get a response typed in. Called the 800 number and was told that it would be another 30 Days before I could get a refund. TracFone needs to be investigated by the federal government. Businesses are borderline CRIMINAL.

Tracfone stopped connecting to provider after less than a month and a half. Contacted tracfone twice, support could not fix it. ordered new tracfone to replace it and switch data, photos ect. Had problems switching, did not work, took a while. Called tracfone to get a refund, I was sent to ups store with a tracking no. Told by ups store no account with tracfone. Called tracfone again, told i would receive a shipping label in the mail. Never got it.Called again and was told after 30 days no refund. Was not told this before i was put thru all the hassell, and now will not refund on a phone that only worked less than 90 days. Horrible phone and customer service, Never buy tracfones.

i bought a rebel 4 fone to replace our nokia fone when it got shut off. I tried several times online to get it set up for use but have had no sucess and also tried landline and with my hearing not real good that was a bad move. I am not aware what may have been put onfone at this point. the fone has security pattern on screen and i cannot do anything with it. thanks paul t. stone

Illegal billing practice

Every month i get a notice that autopay will withdraw a payment on the 21st. But autopay pulls the money on the 17th. It cost me an overdraft fee to learn this. Now as I am about to leave the company the autopay draws money 5 days before the end of my contract period. They say there is no refund for pre-payment and I must explain my request to the refund dept.

Transfer back my telephone number to my tracfone from Spectrum

I have a ticket # for an order to transfer back my telephone number 207-436-**** to my phone. I don't know what is taking so much time since your tech informed me it would just take a few hours and it is now three days. Ref #122416****. I have confirmation from Spectrum that my account with them has been cancelled. It was my error that made me think switching companies would be better. So I decided to keep my Tracfone account and cell phone with my number. Please let me know what is taking so much time and if it would be easier to change numbers although inconvenient for me. I bought the phone in september 2020.After 2 weeks I could call out but could not receive calls.I called customer service .they gave me the run around for 3 weeks.I have been using tracfone for 22 years as a second phone, never a problem until now I was told I would get a refund . did not get that. Put me on hole for 30 min. I keep calling back and have to start all over again with dispute.Don t buy a tracfone for it is a ripoff.. I m going to call BBB. yours Truly EC ,Very unsatisfied customer.

I had to return my phone and get a new one because it kept acting up. In the process I was charged for the automatic renewal for September. When I received the new phone, I was told there was no service on it, nor any recent transactions to my phone number. I had some balance left over from before I enrolled in the plan back in July, and that was put on. But, basically I was ripped off $20.22 twice. In August for a double charge, and September for deleted service. I think I should at least get a free month of the service plan I had for all this trouble.
