I was contacted at home by relatives that my cell phone was disconnected. In checking it out I found I had a new number on my cell.

Minutes etc. were transferred to the new number. No one ever contacted me to inform me of this situation. After 5 hours over an 8 day period, I got my original number back from AT&T who supplies TracFone with numbers along with T-Mobile.

But low and behold I lost all minutes, data, and test and wound up with 3-3-3 of each on the old number I got back.

I have sent complaints to Cal Public Utility Comm., Federal Communications Commission, and the BBB. Hope they have to spend a lot of money to respond.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
