TracFone in Chester, Pennsylvania - Extremely POOR Customer Service!

I called several times, 3 to be exact, and got 3 different answers from 3 different customer service reps. Now that's customer service! Rep need to be retrained.really bad experience with TracFone! I hate calling your customer service dept. Even this is rediculous that I have to ave one hundred words to even submit a complaint! What a terrible company. I have no idea how many more words I have to go. To hit one hundred. I do not count them. Hopefully this is enough we will see.s Nope not enough yet! So I will just keep writing until this *** system lets me know I have enough words.
