TracFone - On-Line Account is Useless
I got a new email address. My Tracfone on-line account was registered with a different email address so when I try to get a new password they send it to the old email address that I can no longer access.
I called four times to get my new email address on the account so I could login and at least get a temporary password, but I never received the info to my new email address.
Then, the last rep told me, oh you need to register a new account with the new email address but when I enter the phone number for the new account, the system sees the original account and I am right back to square one. What a bunch of @*$*##@!.

I was contacted that my email address was changed and that would be my user name. I logged in with the address and click "forgot password" and I quickly get a "system down" message.
When I try again to login with the old email address and click "forgot password" it sends an email to the address which I can no longer access because it is no longer my email.
I don't understand why this doesn't work? Am I the only person who gets a new email and forgets a password?

I am currently experiencing the same exact problem that I have been trying to resolve for approx. 6 months and getting nowhere.
I am not sure how the problem began, but I too was told to create a new e-mail account 2 days ago.
I immediately told the rep that I didn't think this would work because my phone is registered to my present account , but she did'nt agree so I tried it and of course it did'nt work. I will continue until I get something to work, and I wish you the best of luck also.

I see we both have the same problem with Tracfone, so we are not alone! I don't foresee any resolution so I will just have to bother them with a phone call when I need assistance, which fortunately isn't very often.
Too bad they cannot get "with it" on the technology side.
