I bought a phone three weeks ago from the net10 phone service. a week later i bought a 300 minutes airtime recharge card for 30 bucks which up to date i have not been able to use it.
I have called their customer care, they keep holding me on the phone for long hours, telling me to wait. It has been two weeks now, i have not been able to use my phone, nor benefit from the service.
This net10 is not reliable. Their customer service is based in the Philippines, because they don't want to employ Americans and do fast job.
