Forced to lose functioning phone because of Verizon takeover. Trying for 3 weeks now -- Hours to get a human in Bangalore who is friendly, conversant, but powerless to do more than read the flip-chart script.

Frequent cut-offs. Department transfers dropped. Tracfone website is a joke - whole pages do not function, especially the Contact non-functioning links! They try to force TEXTING for contact instead which uses up your units.

Over 15 minutes on hold on text! Going on 45 hold minutes on fifth attempt in as many days!
