TracFone - Need to extend service end date not air time minutes---Help!
my service end date is 09/09/15 I have 650 airtime minutes on my phone now do not want to buy any more minutes!!!!! please help me extend service end date without adding air time minutes.
I don't know why this is such a big problem.
I have been though this with customer service before and was billed 5 or 6 dollars to extend service end date 30 days, and was told this could be renewed every 30 days. however I keep getting messages telling me to buy airtime and as you can see I don't need air time I need service end date extention

Ebay has 1 year extensions with no minutes, data or texts from 69.95. I use it as my phone was one that had triple minutes that rolled over...So I have thousands of all....Just not a extensive user.
When you call you get a person that you cant understand. Is there no one that speaks English as a first language working there?
Why dont they hire someone that can speak English at these companies that hire phone operators for customer service?
I have this same problem and have gotten no support so I've been ignoring the Service End date message. Also I see that there has never been any answer to your question in any of the attached responses.
