I bought two tracfones lg power for Christmas I tried to get my time x 3 for life and was told the promotional service was to late to apply. no one told me I only has a time limit now I am to late to get what i paid for x2 I feel I was miss lead about what I paid for.

I need my two phones up dated order # 1280662365 zip 90407 and #1280830392 zip 90407 I ordered from HSN and l have the right yo get what i paid fore. please HELP me / jo needham
