There error. My minutes didn't register. Tried to tell me they could not correct it unless I bought more minutes. Kept saying"1 moment while I process your acct." . on phone for 2 hrs! I think they are trained to purposely frustrate you so you buy more minutes! It's the only way they act like they can resolve problem.I didn't cave in and FINALLY, all of a sudden they miraculously could fix it.
