I bought a Samsung 8 2 years ago through TracFone, the phone died. They told me to return it for a replacement and mailed me a return label.
In the meantime I bought a cheap phone just to have a phone while I waited for my replacement. Instead of replacement my Samsung, they sent me a 2nd cheap phone.
After about 5 hours worth of phone calls to them over the past week and numerous "supervisors", they tell me they have no record of my Samsung, no record of the return label mailed to me and then the phone call would mysteriously disconnect. Now I have 2 cheap phones and they have my Samsung
