TracFone - HORRIBLE
I have been paying money for minutes and data since January. I have not been able to send MMA messages since Jan 30, 2018.
I made then aware of the problem for the first time on February 6. On April 5 2018 I spent 10 HOURS LUTERALLY IN THE PHONE WIRG THEM NEEDKESS TO SAY IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDSTERS. AFTER BEINH TOLD REPEATEDLY BY THESE IDIOTS THAT I CANT SEND MMS BECAUSE I USED UP MY DATA DUH OF COURSE BECAUSS I HAVE TO USE THE WEB MORE BECAUSE I CANT SEBD OR RECEIVE PICTURES I AM A CHEF AND PICTURES ARE DEFINITELY ESSENTIAL SO INSTEAD OF TEXTING TGE PICTURES OF MY FOID MENUS ETC I HAD TO USE MY EMAIL.
I WENT ON LIVE CHAT YESTERDAY TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO BUY NORE DATA FOR THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHEN IVE ADDED MONEYY SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL AM UNABLE TO SEND MMS. TGESE ARE THE NASTIEST MOST INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF CROOKS EVER. TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT.
THESE *** AREN'T EvEN AFRAID OF THE FCC! Don't trust them, don't use them definitely don't recommend this company to ANYONE
