I have ample minutes and days. Battery is fully charged.

Every call I have tried in the last month. I get the error message telling me that call cannot be completed..-34 is error message although the phone shows all bars visible. I like the idea of TracFone but a phone is not good if you can't make calls. The entire error message states "check call restrictions

-34"..

the last time I purchased an additional minutes card, I had to try several times before I could even reach TracFone to add the minutes and days to my phone.. not very happy!

I have a TracFone. Connected with safelink because it's a government phone.

I am part of the EBB Network will get free data and I believe that I have been hacked and my data is being shared or stolen or however you put it. I get kicked off my phone all the time and they have taken over my phone. I'm going to call track phone about this on Monday it's been going on for a couple weeks but I doubt if they'll do anything because they're probably the ones that are doing it.

Is there anyone out there in TracFoneland that is having the same problem that I am having right now? I know by the way I can't even install any kind of antivirus program I don't know why.

Yes I had safe link thru govern Sent phone, it's a track phone And yes I'm having same issues you are look in you a up on right order click show stystem all the little green androids are weird I think it's spyware., There's multiple operator plug ins one day recording and also entitmemt I looked som that up in Android furrim bad stuff

Call both your state Dept of Consumer Protection & the Atty Gen Office to complain so they are aware of the problem & can start actions for public protections - TracFone & Verizon has known about the problem of STOLEN cell numbers & services since 2021 posted notice on TracFone site 1-2022 & Verizon Execs have to be notified to deal with the individual cell phone issues & get resolutions so numbers & services can be RESTORED Properly - Take Notes including time & date as well as Names & Record ALL Contact with TracFone Employees - Use a LandLine if possible because the calls will be Long Times on Hold trying to use all your minutes up & that they won't restore to you

Sometimes I like TracFone. Sometimes I don't.

I don't like their website at all, and I don't like the way some of their CSR's conduct business. The signal is actually very good, but is inconsistent. They do have a decent product for the price, as long as you receive their signal. Forget chat.

You'll still have to call TracFone anyway 99.9 percent of the time. Chat was absolutely great, but now, TracFone almost always require you call them instead... and that is a total and complete hassle most of the time. However, TracFone is now forcing me to purchase an upgraded phone for a non-discounted price, after telling me 4 days earlier, through both the website and another agent, that I was eligible for the discount.

Funny how the the discount just suddenly disappeared after calling the agent. Hmmm.

I've had tracfone since Dec.23 2004. And I still tracfone.

I am absolutly love it. It's just like they say "NO SURPRISES,

YOUR IN CONTROL"

I'll keep tracfone 4 as long as they will keep me.

TracFone is actually not that bad (in most areas) unless you have to contact Customer Service. However, all bets are off once you have to do that.

I purchased a Tracfone to use for emergencies. When i finally had an emergency, and went to use the phone it wouldnt work.

Now im dead.

I have been waiting 2 MONTHS after being approved and STILL NO PHONE!!!!!!!! I've gotten every excuse in the book as to why I still have no service.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Anybody know a no.

to call to report them???? I'm on the government phone.

My phone stopped working (kept getting that 34 error message and no calls in or out) so I contacted Tracfone. They said I needed a new SIM card.

They sent me the new SIM card and found out it could not be activated, so now I have to wait for another one!!! What the heck?

No phone for 2 weeks!!!!! HORRENDOUS!

I have 2 flip phones which I loved. Samsung SGHT245G.

2G compliant.

I'm heartbroken when I look at them. No service.

They are small and battery life was outstanding.

Your phone is likely only 2G compliant. Service stopped for that Jan1 2017. You need a 3G compliant phone now

Someone here mentioned turning phone off then back on. Worked like a charm for me.

1 hour of the call restriction 34, then read this site, rebooted phone.

All back to normal. Thanks
