wanting to reactivate my fone.took 1 hr.service person screwed it up.had to call back 24hrs later to get the job done.i to speek to sup.was told there was none.ask for home office #and was refused to give one to me.they gave me 2 days for all the time they waisted on me.i don't think that was enough.i have used tracfone for 5 yrs now.Jessica is one who screwed it up.maria is the one who refused to let me talk to superviser,and refused to give me home office number.

Monetary Loss: $19.
