I purchased an unlimited talk text and data plan on 9/19/17according to my banking institute. TracFone claims it was on 9/14/17.

That neither here nor there, however my phone stopped function as to no fault of my own. I was unable to be heard unless connected to a headset. I called and was told I would be sent a replacement phone. My service was disconnected from Tracfone on 9/22/17 and I didn't have a replacement phone yet.

I received the replacement phone in October. I was told that my unlimited service would be transferred to my new phone. I did not get unlimited service transfer to my new phone. I called in and sat on phone with multiple Representatives for well over two hours being transferred from one to another and being hung up on many times.

I never received 30 days of service I paid for and was talked to like I was a child, and disrespected as I continued to ask for the 30 days of uninterrupted service I PAID for. My data service we're reinstated and interrupt the next more than once. I have NEVER received the 30 days I paid for!!! I was not issued and extension to my service and was told I would not be getting a refund.

I don't know if others may find this acceptable but I DO NOT!!! I will not rest writing, calling, and emailing corporate about this lack of accountability and concern for hard working paying customers. TracFone has the most deplorable, non listening, disrespectful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. I will be reporting this to any and all social media outlets, better business bureau, complaint departments, corporate headquarters etc.

Until I am compensated accordingly. You may not STEAL money from customers and get away with that!!! STEALING is a CRIME and if this is being done to more customers than just me, which I'm sure it is. That is called a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION and I will not stand by and be taken advantage of by unlawful practice's.
