Tracfone - Defecive Sim Card in new phone
Three weeks ago I purchased 2 new cell phones from Tracfone, this was done on their website.These were to replace our 2 older cells and to upgrade.
I have been a Tracfone customer for 12 years.
We received the new phones and transferred the numbers. The new phones had T-Mobile Sim Cards and we live in a T-Mobile DEAD ZONE!!! After 2 weeks and 20 hours on the phone with Tracfone they agreed to send 2 ATT Sim Cards, one for each phone.
when the package arrived their was only 1 ATT Sim Card, not the 2 that was promised. Well, to make a long story short, "Tracfone" now states that they will not provide a ATT Sim Card for the new phone. We now have spent 29 hours on the phone with Tracfone Support, the phones have "eaten" 3 weeks of service days each and only 1 will work!
They are still refusing to provide the proper Sim Card and to replace the lost air time and lost minutes.
This company has gone from a good service provider to ripping off the public!
