Suddenly Tracfone SIM stopped working. Got a new SIM, and when they entered the new SIM validation in their system, they FAILED to transfer the old minutes, text, and data.

Called back and the agents at phillipines did not help and transferred to a manager.

This happenned 3 times and totally I spent about 3 hours on the phone. They did not fix their error.
Poor customer service, and an organization that is not trustworthy.

Poor in every aspect except saving money. Customer service is the poorest I've encountered.

Don't pay attention to detail, causing constant repetition of information. Dropped calls after being passed to a higher level of assistance, then starting all over.
Misinformation provided by agents, such as you can't transfer your number, when you can.
It's beyond belief after multiple issues having to be dealt with.

Phone is lost

I lost my phone Asked the rep to turn it off ASAP. Figured id be prorated for the days used only I get an email saying my end date was in February.

The rep tried to say I was out of billing that day.

The email didn't say that.
The rep was an idiot. Will never get another phone with this company
