Service was purchased on 10/06/2017 and a phone number was assigned on that date. Noted on 11/03/2017 that the number was disconnected on 10/18/2017 after the service was purchased for a service timeframe of 30 days.

When purchasing a new service plan on 11/03/2017 I am told I have to get a new number. What type of stability is this when every month I get a new number? Customer Service for TracFone is useless and the process could never be explained.

How can I activate a service and never notified about being disconnected before my service time is up? I can't even get my number that was taken from me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

TracFone Cons: Product or customer service, Lack of customer service.
