I had to return my phone and get a new one because it kept acting up. In the process I was charged for the automatic renewal for September. When I received the new phone, I was told there was no service on it, nor any recent transactions to my phone number. I had some balance left over from before I enrolled in the plan back in July, and that was put on. But, basically I was ripped off $20.22 twice. In August for a double charge, and September for deleted service. I think I should at least get a free month of the service plan I had for all this trouble.

I faithfully buy my tracfone cards at Walmart as needed and usually get 3 times the amt. I pay for - I bought a phone with triple minutes, texts, etc. but don't receive triple anything

Can't get a proper answer

I called tech support today (2/28/20) since I had 'no network connection'.... was unable to make and receive calls. Using my wife's Verison phone I called Tracfone tech support. I was on the phone for nearly two hours and transferred four times before I was told they were working on obsolete towers in my area and the problem would be solved in a couple of hours. That was seven hours ago and still "No network connection"....I have been a Tracfone customer for over 10 years....maybe its time for a change.

TracFone has failed to update my phone

3 weeks ago I purchased a 1 year 400 minutes TracFone card at Target for $99.99, I called TracFone in order to update my time and minutes, they said my card updated on their end. I told their technician that my phone still showed 0 days remaining and no additional minutes had been added, I was told to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called the tech once again and I was told they were working on it and that I need to be patient. My cell phone still works but TracFone still hasnt updated my expiration date nor my purchased minutes. Im still being patient but Its now been over 3 weeks.

User's recommendation: Reconsider cell providers.

Pestering calls

They constantly call over and over repeating trying to text/sell. Not just one call a day but 6 or 7 times, normally on Saturday and Sunday. I sat in church today I got 7 repeated calls offering bonus deals.

User's recommendation: Don't buy TracFone, they don't stop pestering you.

Minutes on "old" tracfone not transferred to "new" tracfone

My "old" tracfone 719-217-**** died in early Aug 2020 and I bought a "new" tracfone and a 60-minute phone card on 8.28.20 and activated the "new" tracfone with the help of an online chat person, who gave the "new" tracfone the same phone number as the "old" tracfone (which I wanted.). The "old" tracfone had about 200 unused minutes remaining on it before it died in early Aug 2020. The 60-minute phone card (actually 120 minutes) was added to the "new" tracfone but the 200 minutes remaining on the "old" tracfone were not transferred to the "new" tracfone when I activated it (with the help of an online chat person.) When I activated the "new' tracfone I made a call and used up 99 minutes of the 120 minute phone card. I've had 3 online chats in the last 3 days and the result is the system does not show that the 200 minutes on the "old" tracfone have not been transferred to the "new" tracfone. Can you assist in transferring the 200 minutes from the 'old" tracfone to the 'new' tracfone? I've owned a tracfone for 5 or more years and have been very satisfied with the phone and service provided to date, which is why I bought a "new" tracfone to replace the "old" dead tracfone. The system knows that there are 200 minutes unused on the "old" tracfone. These minutes should be transferred to the "new" tracfone. Please help resolve this matter. Thank you. Judy Tangen

Asked about interrupted conversation overseas by some Indian nationals.. according to her it's only an ad. Am I being charged for these ads.?. I even asked one of them but they answered with their own language. My conversation with this rep is futile,.. just keep going on circle no further explanation. I asked for supervisor but then got hanged up. How unprofessional...I dont have a problem dealing local but long distance, I always have a problem...

tried to activate new phone (serial # 356278****03274). transfer remaining minutes over from present outdated one to this new Doro one, but also purchase another 3 months. I do not want to purchase any more time until this new one is working. It does not work, I have tried several times to make a phone call. Keep getting a message that it is restricted.
