Verified ReviewerThis happened to me a little over a year ago. I lost 3500 minutes 33,000 texts and 5MB of data.
I was never able to get anything back because when the person screwed up the transfer, it set everything to zero.
Even though they could see what I had before the transfer, they refused to give apply to the new phone that I bought after the one I had had been stolen. I always felt that Tracfone allow the person who stole my phone to reset a password and setup an account.

User's recommendation: Buyer beware.. Tracfone uses FedEx for shipping itmes and requires a signature upon delivery. In my area FedEx drivers don't attempt to deliver as they don;t want to go through trouble of getting a signature... thus, package is not delivered. FedEx can't provide service, Tracfone denies any responsibility.

User's recommendation: #1--They're expensive. #2-If you have a problem, good luck getting in contact with anyone helpful. My sister burned up over 200 minutes only to be told she would need to contact Tech Support.
