Bought airtime around 2/21 since then cant make or receive calls. Have been with TF for over 2 yrs.

They sent a new SIM still doesnt work. No one can tell me why this happened except that now i have to do a complete reset. I have wasted hours on the phone already. My SIM is Verizon - dont know why....can anyone help???

Can I just buy another SIM and try that?

Tracfone doesnt have any answers except to tell me to stand by a window or go outside to get service - STUPID! Is there anyone at Tracfone that actually KNOWS anything or do they all just read off a list?

I "feel"/get you, waiting on a new sim card for a new LG phone that I'm having issues with: not able to call, text or anything, when try to call get a "Verizon" message (though on TracFone) and asking to pay with a credit/debit card; spent about 2 hours at my job trying to get it sorted. Didn't have these issues with my old flip phone from them, but non supported for new 4G network.

Just bought a Trac phone no service. Getting run around no answers.

My phone gets online ok but dial a number and 4g symbol disappears as soon as green phone icon tapped. Whats up with that...someone jamming me?!

I have the exact same problem everytime we try to make a phone call as soon as the call connects it ends the phone call we've went through three different phones and four different SIM cards and the problem still exists went all the way to the top of the technical support with TracFone and they have no idea. there answer is oh go to AT&T and we'll see if that works.

Not an option for me.

And every time you call Tracfone you have to redo all the same troubleshooting items. Like reboot pull the SIM card reboot put the SIM card back reboot try this and none of it works next time you call it's the same thing all over again.
