Bought airtime around 2/21 since then cant make or receive calls. Have been with TF for over 2 yrs.
They sent a new SIM still doesnt work. No one can tell me why this happened except that now i have to do a complete reset. I have wasted hours on the phone already. My SIM is Verizon - dont know why....can anyone help???
Can I just buy another SIM and try that?
Tracfone doesnt have any answers except to tell me to stand by a window or go outside to get service - STUPID! Is there anyone at Tracfone that actually KNOWS anything or do they all just read off a list?
