Have used tracfone for 20 yrs. The last 6 months have been ***. Don't know what happened with them . I would drop them, except I've got 3200 minutes in the bank. Can't get service or satisfaction.
I've lived at the same address for 10 years. Service this year sucks. Had to change Sims card 3 times. Progressively worse. Customer service says oh well, guess we don't have service to your area. I need resolution for this. As well as compensation for 6 weeks of poor/no service..#626 5893076.

First of all, sorry this happened during a trying time of you & your wife's lives. It sounds like you were going through enough with your wife in the hospital & shouldn't have been treated so unkindly by TracFone "customer service" reps! I believe your story & shame on those who left unnecessary, unhelpful & judgemental comments here. How dare they judge you & your personal choices based on your experiences!! I feel nobody has the right to say you're lying or your story is "bogus" because they think you didn't handle it the way they would have. They are obviously as insensative & ignorant as the TracFone representatives you had to deal with! Shame on them! May God have mercy on their souls on their judgement day! I definitely believe your story as I've experienced the same horrific customer service from TracFone representatives, I'll spare you the details & give the readers digest version... Each time I needed to call customer service (regardless of which call center answers my call), they have all failed on the first try. Today, I spoke to THIRTEEN (13) different reps who DO NOT LISTEN, treat me like I'm the ignorant one who doesn't speak English (obviously that isn't the problem!), each rep continuously repeats different scripted excuses why they can't help me & eventually transfer the call to the "correct" dept that can help. I spoke to THIRTEEN different reps & got THIRTEEN different reasons why the call would have to be transferred to the next dept (which nobody had phone numbers to call back if disconnected). I spent a total of FOUR (4) HOURS on the phone trying to resolve ONE issue. Ridiculous waste of my afternoon AND evening!! I called them at 4:30pm & at 8:30pm the issue has supposedly been "resolved"... Only time will tell if it's actually done correctly! Needless to say, I'm exhausted & feel like I was rode hard & put away wet after that excruciating phone call!! I feel each person I spoke with, tried to help without fully understanding the problem (simply because they don't know how to listen) & when they would get stuck, they made up any excuse to move on to the next call by transferring me to another dept... Each rep did more & more damage to my account the last lady seemed to know what she was doing & spent the final TWO HOURS talking with her to fix what the previous TWELVE reps messed up. I pray I will not have any more issues to initiate another phone call to these wretched reps who don't have a clue how to help their customers!! Truly the worst people I've EVER dealt with. One of the numerous "tools" I spoke with was extremely rude, kept talking over me, when I asked him to clarify/explain in detail because I didn't understand what he was talking about, he repeated himself louder each time. I told him I could hear him because I'm not deaf, I needed a better description or explanation & asked him not to be rude. His reply was incredibly unbelievable & definitely didn't help the situation!! He said: "Ma'am, can I tell you something? Ma'am, can you hear me?" I replied "yes" then proceeded: "ma'am, I'm going to tell you something, please listen. If you want good customer service, then you should be a good customer." then he disconnected the call! How their ignorance is the customers fault is beyond me. Good luck to you & hope your situation gets better.
