TracFone - Big problem traspasing my balance to a new cell phone.

They vow to enjoy roll over of your balance when you change your cell phone. I did and I have to call to claim my balance, after an hour, they give me remain balance in my new cell phone, but they was short in the data, I had 1.45 Gb data in my balance, and they give me back just 1 Gb.
I tried to contact them by chat, but they said that they can't fix this problem by this way, they told me I had to talk them again, to claim my remaining data.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: They Return me 0.45 Gb data..
