Had to get the BBB involved before TracFone gave me the proper phone replacement.

Purchased a Motorola G6 phone and it stopped working in less than a month.

Contacted TracFone and was told that a replacement would be issued. I received a refurbished LG phone with only 16GB of memory where as the Motorola G6 had 32GB of memory.

This is a scam as I believe that the replacement phone should be equal as to the one that was purchased or better. This company is does not fulfill it's obligation of replacing it's phones under warranty.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $184.

Preferred solution: Send me a New Motorola G6 phone as a replacement..

TracFone Cons: Customer service, Customer service or the handling of warrantied items, Web is not working correctly.
