Phone doesn’t work in another state

When I travel out of state, my phone is useless. Just tried customer service and was told to call them when I get there and give them the zip code!?!! What? What good is the phone if I cant travel with it. So I have an emergency on the highway, who do I ask for a zip code?

Charged for a service and they didn't provide the service!!

I paid $4.95 extra for "overnight shipping" to have a TracFone to be delivered overnight so that my granddaughter would get it before returning to her home state---After not receiving it overnight--I called their customer service in the Philippines---and it was a JOKE!!! THEY DON'T CARE!!! I want my $4.95 back since the phone is taking 3 days to get to me (not overnight). I explained that a company CAN NOT keep additional money for a service and that service not be provided.

They ask you to send back the defective phone and once they have it the keep it and have the Odasidty to say they are not gonna send u a replacement nor refund u or send back the one they already recieved so they can fix and resell it! I dont have a photo cuz I sent it...

I had ignorant reps too---They are overseas reps--who have taken so many of our USA jobs!!! All they do is put you on hold--come back on the phone after the customer is holding 15 minutes or so--- to REPEAT themselves for the up-teenth time!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

New phone,bad service

purchased a moto g7 from TracFone and received it fine. they included a chare cord that does not fit the phone after numorus messages and calls still no satisfaction .we have been with them for 20+years and now they are going to loose us over a charging cord.

Never sent my replacement phone

TracFone - Never sent my replacement phone
I bought a Tracfone and activated it turned it off and saved it for a bday gift for my granddaughter that would take place few months later she turned it on half hr later phone screen went blue with white lines called Tracfone they promised a replacement phone I sent mine back to them and once they recieved it they never sent my replacement I called and they said they were not going to sent it after all cuz I bought it from HSN they know that from the get go! Has a year warranty. They tell me to call HSN and HSN tells me to call Tracfone. Why tell me to look for a FedEx drop box waste my time n then no phone or replacement eighter!!!
