received the new fone set up and when I get called ,I can't hear caller ,turned up volume still not working ,called customer service the tried to repair online still not working ,was told I would have to send them the fone prepaid by them ,this would take 3 to 4 days then they would repair or replace it then they would send it back to me so I would be with out a fone for 8 days or longer . worthless customer service

In the last 3 months all my data has disappeared from phone . Had over 1,000 mg. I have a phone that gives me 3x the minutes , wanted to save data for a new phone , that will not be giving 3x minutes.

I called many times to get my voicemail to work. Get transferred which cuts me off each time. Now I'm being told my phone is not capable of receiving voicemail. WTF?

Filipino CS agents speak pigeon English. They are the least competent individuals Ive ever delt with and are incapable of resolving problems. My phone shows 39,986 minutes and 87 days of service remaining and on their records also but every call I try and make I get a recording that says "Oh No, it appears you're out of minutes", *** transfer my call, which ends up being disconnected. I’ve made 14 calls to CS in two days... I’ve given up and at the end of my patients. They’ve left me without a phone in a rural setting during a pandemic.

User's recommendation: Don’t even consider this provider.

Can not call due to message "you run out of minutes..." even I have a 3 month contract. I had called customer services 6 times for resolve the proplem and it's not fixed. Any time they kept telling me to hold the phone for higher tech to call me and the phone was hang off every time. No body call me to offer help. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do. So I have to send a complaint. My phone number is 321-503-**** an still unable to call.

Called to get new sim card and activate phone. Transferred and disconnected four times. Finally, got a young lady that stayed on the phone and transferred the call to a person. It took almost 35 minutes for processing an order, the system is that slow.
