tried again to get my account back sent email they returned them called them at 1 888 442 5102 they said I needed to send proof of perches , who keeps the card info once you put it on the phone and it gets added to your phone? I have too show I own the phone I just got it ,a refurbished j7 about 4 weeks had trouble down loading then. Now lost all my time, end date 1/26/2020 no record of my data are there computers not down loading the info ? I have up dated to galaxy j7 sky pro had trouble from day 1 plus I have dropped and broke screens on two ordered a 3rd had my data put on but now its gone good way to cheat old people they have no records and I buy there product no more tired being suckered
