They ask you to send back the defective phone and once they have it the keep it and have the Odasidty to say they are not gonna send u a replacement nor refund u or send back the one they already recieved so they can fix and resell it! I dont have a photo cuz I sent it...

I had ignorant reps too---They are overseas reps--who have taken so many of our USA jobs!!! All they do is put you on hold--come back on the phone after the customer is holding 15 minutes or so--- to REPEAT themselves for the up-teenth time!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Problem with outgoing calls

when i go to call someone normally i can hear their phone ringing on my phone before they answer well now when i call i hear no ringing yet when someone calls me it rings fine i would like this fixed

I filed a complaint with the FCC and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. (That is a public figure Pissed Consumer do not censor). TracFone is a headache and a liar. The CEO of America Movil, Carlos Slim, who owns TracFone, needs to be fined insanely.

I'm sick of bad service with bot replies. Do not reply again, "AlexTracBot." Howard Forums banned you from their site.

TELLING THEM THAT MY DATAT HASNT BEEN WORKING PROPERLY, I speak to one representative and I have data left on my account. I speak to a second representative and then I dont and I dont know what Im talking about and being spoken to rudely and very uNprofessional at that. So tracphone when your ready I have the employees name and ID number. Always have to call these people. Its ridiculous. Its crazy how they dont even *** know the right information in their own organization.

Well, there IS such a thing as a happy ending, despite all the problems I had getting there. After all was said and done, I was finally transferred to a "manager" who actually had the "authority" to give me what I was asking for.

This "manager" was in Colombia (South America), all I had to do was explain my situation ONCE, she took ownership of the problem, fixed everything, and actually seemed glad to do it. Her name was Belen. I sent a letter of recommendation to Corporate Trac Fone complimenting her on taking such good care of me.

I haven't received any type of response, and actually I didn't really expect one considering how I was treated along the way, but how hard could it be to write up a small email thanking me for taking the time to recognize one of their employees? So, bottom line, the phone works, I got the extra features I wanted at a better price than the promo code offered, and I pray to God that I do not have the same problems two years from now when it's time to renew service.

Be careful with TracfoneI have 2 phones One is from the Government...which l use for googling and Facebook....My Tracfone is for calls and Text.....my DATA use to last over a month that was when l only had one phone. Since this Virus my Data runs out exactly 6 Days....every month....6 days and no Data....when l try to phone Tracfone l got nothing.....waste of time...oh l am in my 60's....and Disabled....
