Tracfone bonus mins r SCAMS
Bought new tracfone,On 2/05/09 paid $105.99 for 400mins+200 bonus mins, went thru 7 days of hassles with techs. Promo for 200bonus mins expired on 2/11 ,after socalled computer glicths got only 400mins on 2/12. They deliberately kept stallg till the deadline for the bonus mins expired. I reminded them it was their glitchs that caused the delay, their response>Ohhh SoooSaweeeeee,ok. Them *** hindi indians SUCK. Whats worse is their actually proud of themselves for rippg us off. TracFone in Kingfisher, Oklahoma - They screwed up my new phone
I called tracfone today to ask why my phone didnt have the add minutes in my menu and when the worker for tracfone started working on my phone to put it in my menu she gave me three codes to put in the phone and then told me to shut the phone off and turn it back on and when i did it fried my phone now i had 414 minutes on my phone and the only thing they want to do for me is send me and new phone which is not like the phone that i had and put only 10 minutes on it they suck and i am really pissed off right now and thats with talking to three people that work in the company and they couldnt help me either and i want to talk to some one who could help me.

this morning we had 147 units i purchased 450 units my phone now shows 540 units what happened? TracFone in Denver, Colorado - You are lucky, it took me a week to active a new phone
I brought a new Tracfone phone with a camera. I tried to active it and they told me that it would be active within one hour. I kept checking it, and kept calling them,but it never did work. Finally after seven days, I called and talked to a lady and she had my phone working while I was still on the phone with her. The first time that I called about activating my new tracfone, I was told that my old Tracfone was deactivated. I kept telling my guy I was talking to that it was working. I called my homephone and got the call waiting tone, and told him it was working. He apparently did not understand, and said that he was sending me a new sim. I asked him why and he said becuase my old phone wasn't working. I kept telling him it was working and thought that I had finally gotten through to him. But no, that didn't take. They keep tellling me my old phone is not working but I have used it and it works perfectly...

I repurchased minutes for a tracfone today. The sales rep. at Radio Shack called the company and asked what plan could give double minutes. He was told by the company 49.99 for 400 minutes would give me 800 minutes. I returned home and all they would only give me was 250 minutes. I was led to believe that my addtional minutes would be forthcoming. That didn't happen!! Trying to recall twice after that my phone was disconnected. People that advertise or market this product need to be made aware there is false advertising to the products they endorse.
I talked to the most rudest woman who could not speak English that kept putting me on hold. I lost 250 min and 4 months that I had just purchased. She lied, kept putting me on a 2 minute hold and kept coming back and telling me "thankyou patiently for holding" .....Read more
