The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Their technology is either in the dark ages, they have inept, untrained staff, or they have a lot if anger issues that they try to eleveate by just being downright rude to their customers. I am simply amazed. Wow. Just... WOW!

After ordering a phone on their website I was sent the phone without a battery or back of phone. After several hours with customer service in some far away country, I finally got a fed ex tracking number for the missing parts. The parts never arrived and the tracking number was never a valid number. Still trying after 4 ticket numbers from tracfone. Not worth the time!!
