I PURCHASED AN EXPENSIVE PHONE. WHEN I WANTED TO MOVE TO AN AREA WITH NO SERVICE THE PHONE WAS LOCKED AND OF NO USE. I BOUGHT THE PHONE BUT THEY OWN THE LOCK IT TAKES ONE YEAR UNDER THEIR CONTRACT TO BE UNLOCKED. ITS NOT YOUR PHONE, DONT BUY IT!!!!

Transferred my number from my cell phone to my tracohine, temporarily. Took about 2 hours on the phone. One week later transferred the number back to my cell phone. Took 5 hours!!! 5 hours on the phone with these people, 3 of which were on hold. The website is pretty much useless. I click on a link on the main home page and nothing happens. It just keeps "thinking".
