I ordered a Tracfone online. It was shipped via FedEx with the requirement of a signature. That is all fine except that I am not at home to accept the package".

TRACFONE will not allow FedEX to hold the package that their office/. Even though a Federal ID is required when you pick up a Fed Ex package?.

I contacted TRACGONE/. I went through 3 representatives|. Was placed on hold for "3 minutes" many times over the course of an hour?. As as of yet they cannot seem to resolve this relatively simple issue?.

There is apparently no communication from one rep to the other;. Each asked me for my Tracfone phone number.....I don't even have the phone. Even with my name, my order number, the tracking number, I was asked for my address by person number 3. Not apparently for verification because I had to spell it.

I finally hung up. Amazingly they had the ability to call me back.....to ask if they could put me on hold AGAIN!
