Why is it so hard to redeem minutes from Tracfone card? At 62 yrs, I do now have
the patience and time to sit at computer all day long and type in same old numbers
only to get the same old computer generated answers. I have used a Tracfone for
couple years and even have one for my hubby and granddaughter--mainly for emergencies.
And I KNOW how to enter all info in my phone or on computer and get Airline minutes. Bottom line--I am saying goodbye to Tracfone now. Tired of losing money. Will be better off with unlimited minutes and texts on a regular cellphone. The HELP Site doesn't have a place for you to write in your exact problem, so the ones they have available doesn't help at all. And to try to re-enter info gives you this data.."this airtime number has been used before. Yes! By me and it didn't work! 1298595
