The customer service reps for tracfone barely speak English and do not understand your problems. I have been on the phone with them over five hours and at least six times simply to transfere my service and set up a new phone. First call they take info. One hour including holding. Then call back to activate phone. Another hour. Then had to get new sim card. Two days". Call back/. Then the wrong phone number is assigned?. Callback/. Then voicemail does not work|. You guessed it , call again'. I am stuck with a poor $50 phone and one year card:. I only hope for no more problems'. Do NOT buy a tracfone! 129844c

spent over 2.5 hours on phone trying to update cc info since online said errors occurred, 6 different calls and they said I will have to wait 24 hours and call back. What a bad or inept IT staff they must have........ 

About time to switch, they don't have any android phones anyway.

I had the exact same problem. I tried the tracfone because I don't use the cell phone that much and would waste money using a regular service. After the problems I had with Tracfone, I ended up throwing their phone away and going with an iphone, losing $150.00 in the process.
