You can't emaiil them. You can't call them when they've disabled your phone. I registered for the forum, then they refused my password". i got a new one from them and they won't take that either! i kept trying, and they said i made too many
attempts/. They keep giving me captchas to solve?. All my answers are rejected/. If you are lucky enough to get in and get a response, they send you an email, and if you get it, you have to return to the forum and submit 5 meaningless posts before you can talk to someone;. i have been paying for minutes that never showed up/. When i tried to update the phone online, i was unsuccessful and they completely cut me off and ignored me|. i'm going to throw this phone away and find another carrier|. i will never forget what they put me through, and i will tell everyone i ever speak to how much TracFone customer "service" sucks!
