My cell phone was working perfectly. I was proud of my newMotorola touch screen. I had over 1000 prepaid minutes and my minutes didn't expire until December 28, 2013 but Tracfone simply cut my phone off". When I looked to see my number they had changed it completrely/. The number I have had for the last 4 years may be gone because my phone now shows a different number entirely?. I am very angry/. I am on 24 hour call from my mother's nursing home and they can't reach me;.

I called customer service and the lines are not working.. I dialed up Customer Service on the web and it is down also;. Is this company about to go under and screw its customers:. It sure looks like it. 12981a0

Actually, I'm not surprised to hear this. I posted replies to 3 different posts about their 30 minute deduction for recieved text messages and that you cannot block texted messages; they have yet (4 days later) to post my replies, censorship at the highest level. Thought that living in the US you had free speech but seems like alot of forum moderators think that this is China or North Korea by their censoring actions simply because you are straight forward and honest on their service.

Actually So Sad, they do. I have been on the phone with customer support for over an hour just to hear the reason for cutting my phone off and they kept referring to "some other department" which told them that I lost my minutes and time and that I had to buy a new phone. 0 explanation whatsoever. I called twice just to see if the first guy knew what he was talking about.
