I have lost hours from my home phone trying to get them to reactivate a new phone with my old number; customer service is the worse, if they can't fix it, is is easy for them to transfer to someone else and that takes care of their responsability of answering the phone. and we are left fraustrated with no phone service. I have four service calls made to them, they keep closing it like it was taken care of, but the problem is still there, it is almost 1 month that I keep getting cut off from my cell, trying to get my new phone activated; what can you do? 1298165

Try emailing customer service from their website. I lost 240 minutes and emailed them - they added the minutes back on - we'll see if it lasts. Threaten to turn into Better Business Bureau.
